Do you make replacement keys?
No. We open cars and homes when a working key is locked inside. We do not cut, replace, or program keys or fobs.
Is there a night charge?
Yes, and it is a fixed amount you hear before anyone drives. Calls from 9 pm to 6 am add $35, and overnight driving is billed at 120 cents a minute instead of 90. Nothing else changes at night.
Can the price go up once you get here?
No. The figure quoted on the phone is the figure you pay. The only thing that moves it is finding something different from what you described, and you would hear about that before any work started, not after.
