We carry a professional lithium jump pack rather than cables off another car. It connects at the battery or at the manufacturer jump points, which is what modern vehicles with sensitive electronics require.
Once the engine is running we tell you plainly what we saw. A battery that starts instantly and holds is a different problem from one that needed several attempts. If the charging system looks like the real fault, you should know before you drive somewhere with no cell service.
We do not replace batteries, test alternators, tow, or perform any other repair. If the vehicle will not start on a jump, there is no service charge.
What it costs
The Port Angeles price is $55 before travel. Driving within 10 minutes of Port Angeles carries no travel charge. Past that, travel is 90 cents for each minute of round trip driving, rounded to the nearest 5 dollars. If we cannot get you going, there is no service charge.
